A new PCR dedicated to cow’s and sheep’s milk
EPDItaly is pleased to inform you that the process of developing the following PCR in the EPDItaly system has begun:
- Core-PCR – cow’s and sheep’s milk
The PCR will be adopted for future publication of EPDs in the EPDItaly system that refer to the above product/service category, in particular for the development of EPDs for the production of cow’s and sheep’s milk.
We invite all interested parties to participate in the work of the PCR Committee for the development of this PCR.
