New disposition

Following some reports, EPDItaly has better clarified the aspects relating to the publication of the EPD, its mandatory nature for the EPDItaly system and the methods of recognition of the Certification Bodies.
These clarifications are not procedural changes, but only a better presentation of the concepts already introduced and will be valid from 4 April 2022, with the exception of Annex 2 for which they have immediate effect.
